Terms of Service

These terms govern use of software and services provided by Drawbridge Automations LLC ("we", "us"), including the Drawbridge Operating System. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

The Drawbridge Operating System is a platform for mapping and managing an organization's operating model — strategy, goals, business lines, metrics, scorecards, people, and related records — with optional AI-assisted analysis.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Organization administrators control who in their organization may access what, and are responsible for the access they grant.

Your data

Your organization owns the content it enters into the service. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with the service or other customers, no unlawful content, and no use of the service to violate others' rights.

AI output

AI-generated analysis and summaries are provided as decision support only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Review AI output before relying on it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawbridge Automations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
